Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to daily digital and verbal communications from volunteers and parents/caregivers with timely, accurate, service-oriented support.
  • •Escalate issues and concerns to the Product Program team and leadership when guidance is needed.
  • •Help identify root causes of recurring volunteer and caregiver questions and assist with creating resources and templates.
  • •Support Retail fulfillment by helping with retail orders for shipment and pick-up.
  • •Manage cookie inventory support, including counts, tracking receipts, accurate records, and coordinating pick-ups and event materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • •1–2 years of experience demonstrating knowledge and abilities to perform the essential functions.
  • •Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment and provide customer support through various communication platforms.
