Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage bids and projects in accordance with Thales guidelines to meet business objectives.
  • •Engage transversally across functional areas to optimize resources for bid activities and stakeholder communications (external and internal).
  • •Drive development of winning bid offers, including win themes and gate reviews aligned to Thales governance.
  • •Manage integrated schedules, budgets, baselines, risks, and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies for variances and risks.
  • •Coordinate and negotiate supplier/partner inputs, oversee subcontract inputs, and prepare/present internal and customer reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in business, engineering, project management, or another suitable discipline.
  • •IPMA certification or ability to secure certification.
  • •At least five years of Bid and Project Management experience at a senior level with multi-partners/major co-contractors.
  • •Proven leadership skills to lead multi-disciplinary teams and represent the company with customers nationally and internationally.
  • •Experience with complex Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and building high-performing teams.
