Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage daily operations of the HR shared service center to deliver HR process execution through Workday and maintain service standards.
  • •Implement and monitor HR programs, policies, and benefit plans, review areas for improvement, and recommend operational enhancements and risk mitigation.
  • •Oversee HR compliance for onboarding, including background checks and Form I-9, while ensuring adherence to federal/state regulations and company policies.
  • •Use project management and change management to drive successful organizational transitions and integrate HR operations and process improvements.

  • •Demonstrated project management experience and ability to use data analytics to monitor HR metrics and drive decisions.
  • •Expertise in HR programs, policies, benefits, and HR compliance including background checks and Form I-9.
