Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, review, and validate payroll data across US, Canada, UK, and additional employer-of-record payrolls.
  • •Process payments for final paychecks, adjustments, and special pay; approve employee expense reports.
  • •Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and global payroll compliance.
  • •Audit payroll tax records and lead annual audits for 401k and Workers Compensation (and assist with general financial statement audit).
  • •Administer payroll systems, ensure data integrity, and reconcile payroll data to financial records while addressing employee payroll inquiries and producing payroll reports.
