Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain browser automation to log into vendor data center portals, extract user access lists, and feed structured outputs into DCSC portal and comparison pipelines.
  • •Build an automated ACL reconciliation and diff engine that identifies discrepancies, routes confirmed differences to pre-populated Jira tickets, and produces immutable timestamped audit records.
  • •Own and extend attestation and evidence automation, including cycle triggering, confirmation capture, exception escalation, and building audit-ready evidence packages.
  • •Implement AI-assisted anomaly detection and triage to review QAR-cycle outputs for patterns warranting escalation and generate structured action checklists from Jira onboarding/offboarding tickets.
  • •Own the DCSC portal as the operational runtime for automation tooling, manage a prioritized automation roadmap, and produce runbooks for every automation capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience building browser automation (Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or equivalent) against real-world web applications, including authentication flows and dynamic content.
  • •Strong TypeScript skills for scripting, data wrangling, structured I/O, and API integration, producing maintainable code for non-engineers to operate.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or equivalent) into production workflows for classification, drafting, summarization, or anomaly detection.
  • •Comfort working with structured and semi-structured data at scale, including diffing datasets, normalizing inconsistent formats, and producing clean outputs for audit use.
  • •Experience building integrations with ticketing/ITSM systems (Jira preferred) via REST API, including automated ticket creation, status updates, and attachment handling.
