Key Responsibilities

  • •Explore, develop, and optimize unit process technologies for future DRAM and HBM.
  • •Collaborate with process integration, device, and design engineers, and work with equipment partners to enable cost-competitive technologies.
  • •Develop process technology roadmaps and supplier strategies to achieve technology and cost targets.
  • •Develop and optimize process recipes for development and manufacturing environments, then analyze structural, material, and electrical characterization data.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or Ph.D. (or equivalent industry experience) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Device Technology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Advanced knowledge of semiconductor process development, device physics, and CMOS technology.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with materials characterization and surface analysis methods.
  • •Strong communication skills in English.
