Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission Building Management Systems (BMS) projects and ensure systems are fully engineered, working, and optimized.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within defined processes, service agreements, and customer needs.
  • •Coordinate and manage on-site installation, cabling, and termination activities for complex, multi-person jobs.
  • •Program, test, and commission complete BMS systems including networks, controllers, workstations, and sensors/actuators.
  • •Create BMS graphical user interfaces (GUI) and support customer training and project close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience executing BMS projects.
  • •Experience with BMS installation, commissioning, and programming (graphical programming and/or coding).
  • •Knowledge and practice of BMS integration protocols and networks: LON, BACnet, MSTP, TCP/IP, MODbus, KNX, Profibus.
  • •Proven ability to understand and analyze technical documents for BMS and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
