Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex service delivery projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to meet time, scope, and budget requirements.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key customers and act as a trusted advisor to align service delivery with customer objectives.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and post-delivery review.
  • •Analyze service performance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and implement strategic improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Manage delivery risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry regulations, and internal quality standards; prepare and present reports to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • •5+ years’ experience (with a Bachelor’s) OR 3+ years’ experience (with a Master’s) in service delivery management or customer relationship management in the medical devices industry.
  • •Experience leading service delivery projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and post-delivery review.
  • •Strong ability to analyze service performance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve service efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Ability to manage compliance with contractual obligations, industry regulations, and internal quality standards.
