Services Deliver Manager, Ultrasound

Lead complex ultrasound service delivery projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget. Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, ensuring service delivery aligns with their business objectives. Use service performance data and KPIs to identify trends, optimize processes, manage delivery risks, and drive continuous improvements. Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from planning through post-delivery review, and present detailed reporting to senior management while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
