Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical facilities systems (HVAC, exhaust, scrubbers, cooling systems, compressed air, fire protection, and cleanroom air systems).
  • •Respond to and troubleshoot mechanical issues and production interruptions affecting these systems.
  • •Plan, design, and lead mechanical engineering projects for new construction, upgrades, and quality improvements.
  • •Track and plan mechanical system capacity, and maintain maintenance records for fault history traceability.
  • •Enforce environmental, safety, and health procedures; perform risk assessment and documentation using computer-based tools; use quality tools like 8D and 5-Why to support troubleshooting and incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Mechanical system design/engineering background (e.g., HVAC, exhaust systems).
  • •Familiarity with sustainability efforts such as electricity, waste, and water reduction.
  • •Ability to perform automation using MS Office suite, including Excel VBA (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, with effective collaboration across all levels.
