Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify and track testing requests in the testing platform and ensure required eTRFs are complete and submitted on time before routing to laboratories.
  • •Coordinate with in-house certified laboratories and nominated third-party laboratories to complete testing and upload results; maintain accurate testing records.
  • •Review test reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; support corrective actions, retest review, and escalation of non-routine issues.
  • •Issue and communicate test report dispositions to support shipment decisions and maintain complete documentation for traceability.
  • •Support performance standards and testing requirements by gathering testing data, updating brand testing manuals, and assisting with DACI/SOP maintenance and stakeholder training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Material Science, Textiles, Product Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •1–2 years of relevant experience supporting material or product testing, standards-setting, quality, product stewardship, or regulatory compliance.
  • •Knowledge of product stewardship and regulatory compliance workflows related to testing requests, report review, corrective actions, dispositions, and standards implementation.
  • •Ability to organize technical information and translate requirements into clear guidance and training support materials.
  • •English and Spanish speaking and written.
