Systems Engineer

Support the sales organization in a defined territory by serving as the primary technical resource before, during, and after sales. Qualify leads technically, lead technical discussions on features, specifications, functionality, and integrations, and provide network solution guidance. After purchase, act as the lead technical contact for assigned accounts, partnering with technical support and engineering to diagnose, escalate, and resolve customer issues and deliver post-sales training.
