Job Summary

Design and implement production-grade machine learning systems for the Dragos platform, enabling threat detection, automated security analysis, and actionable intelligence for ICS/xOT cybersecurity. Build and optimize ML model architectures across detection, classification, behavioral analysis, anomaly detection, and NLP, while developing robust data pipelines, ML workflows, and MLOps practices. Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and OT detection experts to translate research into scalable deployments across cloud and constrained on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement production-grade ML systems that expand product capabilities for cloud and resource-constrained on-prem environments.
•Build and optimize ML model architectures for ICS/OT cybersecurity use cases including threat detection, asset classification, behavioral analysis, anomaly detection, and NLP.
•Develop data pipelines and ML workflows integrating with existing data infrastructure for both real-time and batch processing.
•Collaborate with OT detection experts and data engineers to translate prototypes to scalable ML systems and establish data contracts and observability.
•Improve ML infrastructure and deployments, including automated testing, CI/CD, containerized environments, and troubleshooting performance (latency, accuracy, resource utilization).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000

Key Requirements

•6+ years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years focused on production machine learning implementations.
•Strong software engineering foundation with expertise in Python and SQL, plus experience with at least one additional language (Go, Rust, Java, or JVM-family).
•Experience building and deploying ML systems using modern frameworks and libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, or similar).
•Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or advanced NLP techniques is beneficial.
•Experience with MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, pipeline orchestration, and deployment in high-reliability environments.
