Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing facility systems.
  • •Diagnose equipment faults, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions; respond to breakdowns, service requests, and emergency maintenance.
  • •Conduct routine inspections, site rounds, and condition monitoring to detect potential failures and improve reliability.
  • •Follow safety/permit-to-work, health and safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; maintain tools, spare parts, and work areas safely.
  • •Maintain maintenance records (work orders, logs, asset records), support junior technicians as needed, and contribute to maintenance and reliability KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma, ITI, or Certificate in Electro-Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •1-5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or technical services environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical controls, booster/transfer pump control panels, and plumbing systems.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis across multiple technical disciplines.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and equipment documentation.
