Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full mortgage lifecycle from initial client engagement through loan disbursement.
•Develop and maintain productive relationships with mortgage brokers.
•Oversee end-to-end file processing with accuracy and adherence to regulatory and procedural requirements.
•Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners to support business growth.
•Represent PRYPCO professionally within the Abu Dhabi market and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-standard client service.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of three years of experience in the UAE mortgage market.
•Direct experience working with UAE banks, verified prior to interview scheduling.
•Prior experience within a bank’s broker channel is an advantage.
•Established relationships with UAE banks and an active client portfolio.
•Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
