Regional Operations Manager

Lead dealership fixed-operations performance across multiple service centers in the East region. Own regional P&L, throughput, labor efficiency, parts performance, and customer experience, while managing and developing store GMs (typically 3–4 sites). Drive KPI reviews and action plans to close performance gaps, standardize SOP execution, balance capacity to demand, ensure warranty/recall/CSI alignment, and represent regional needs to corporate leadership.
