Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, maintain, and track strategic roadmaps with key Speed metrics to the latest BIC targets.
  • •Collaborate with project teams to clarify business value and how projects/programs contribute to the BIC plan.
  • •Visualize progress toward business plan achievement and operate leadership review and team meeting structures.
  • •Provide periodic cross-functional updates on program/project performance and manage program changes (scope, plan, business rules, policies, procedures).
  • •Work with site leadership to identify project risks, propose/execute solutions, and represent the site within the assigned category across the Frontend SPMO network, MCT, and SEAL.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science disciplines.
  • •2+ years of experience in one of the following: Frontend Fab Engineering, Business Analyst, Management, or Finance-related work.
  • •Demonstrated program and project management experience with strong analytical skills to summarize complex information clearly.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team while multitasking effectively.
  • •Japanese or English ability at native level, with willingness to learn English after joining.
