Job Summary

Lead the online experience for Asset Servicing clients with Northern Trust Digital solutions, coordinating with Dutch and English-speaking clients in the Netherlands and across EMEA. You’ll engage with clients, implement solutions, train users, and provide feedback to product teams on technology needs and APIs, while developing your presentation and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

•Consult with complex clients and prospects to analyse and determine the implementation requirements as they relate to the Northern Trust technology product suite.
•Work with relationship managers, prospects and clients to gain an understanding of client needs and implement solutions, including facilitating custom production or system development requests.
•Collaborate with the client implementation team, relationship team and production areas to assist in onboarding new clients.
•Visit clients to understand their business, objectives and goals with regard to technology; document client calls and prepare status reports; compare offerings with competitors.
•Coordinate and participate in training presentations with clients or prospects, virtually or in person.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Full fluency in Dutch and English (written & spoken).
•Experience in client service, particularly in the use of technology products/online tools.
•Understanding of financial markets and technology requirements/solutions (e.g. FTP, SWIFT, aggregation, data manipulation, reporting).
•Ability to learn and understand technical products quickly.
•Strong verbal/written communication skills with experience delivering presentations to small, medium, and large groups; collaborative team player.
