Reconditioning Manager - Greenfield (1st shift)

Supervise daily operations in a vehicle reconditioning inspection center, overseeing the full reconditioning process to ensure quality, production, and cost targets are met. Lead and mentor a team of leads and front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment, driving continuous improvement, adherence to operating standards, and compliance with health and safety and loss-prevention guidelines.
