Manager of Line Operations - Portland Operations Center

Oversee field transmission and distribution operations within the Portland region, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient execution of construction, maintenance, operations, and emergency restoration. Lead union and non-union field crews and provide technical guidance aligned with company standards, procedures, and performance goals. Manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and storm restoration efforts, coordinate with operations center priorities, and handle labor-management relations, compliance, customer escalations, and resourcing decisions.
