Execute oilfield service operations safely and efficiently while meeting Baker Hughes HSE, quality, and operational standards. Perform rig-up, operations monitoring, troubleshooting, and rig-down of field equipment across onshore and offshore environments. Serve as a technical resource and mentor for junior field operators, leading safety practices like JSA and toolbox talks and helping optimize service delivery to reduce non-productive time.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute field operations using approved operating procedures, technical manuals, and customer requirements.
•Perform rig-up, operations monitoring, troubleshooting, and rig-down of Baker Hughes field equipment and service tools.
•Support drilling, completion, intervention, and production-related field service activities as applicable.
•Verify equipment readiness via pre-job inspections, function testing, and maintenance checks; monitor operational parameters to prevent issues.
•Provide guidance and on-the-job coaching to junior field operators while leading HSE activities (JSA, toolbox talks, risk assessments, stop work authority).
