Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and define the roadmap for Content Cards and Banners using customer, sales, support, usage, and competitive signals
  • •Partner with engineers and designers to execute the roadmap and deliver in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
  • •Drive commercial outcomes for the product area (adoption, consumption, expansion) and make investment tradeoffs using unit economics
  • •Define measurement standards and baselines for adoption, usage, and performance and hold the team to targets
  • •Build first-class infrastructure and technical product foundations (reliability, performance, observability) and drive shared capabilities across channels

  • •Data-driven decision-making focused on adoption funnel and usage data, with rigor on baselines and targets
