Lead and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences while partnering with the Store Manager to drive store profitability. In the Store Manager’s absence, take full responsibility for the store. Support sales goal achievement, coach team productivity, supervise daily operations, recruit and onboard talent, maintain visual merchandising standards, and manage expenses, shrink, and inventory practices.
