Social Media Coordinator

Own social community management and strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other priority channels. Create and execute insight-driven content strategies, monitor conversations and respond in a timely, compliant way, and surface trends and sentiment to shape campaigns. Coordinate with marketing and creative teams, support escalation and cross-functional insight sharing with Product and Clinical, and manage day-to-day communication with creators and ambassadors.
