Job Summary

Own end-to-end client program and project delivery for Visa Consulting Analytics opportunities within the Advisory Services team. Lead complex, non-routine initiatives, build program plans as a client SPOC, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and maintain detailed plans, risks, and status reporting. Help scale Visa’s program management foundation by adopting agile practices and prioritizing delivery to support execution and rollout of new products and projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute high-quality, non-routine complex client deliveries and initiatives
•Provide end-to-end project/program management and implementation across cross-functional workstreams
•Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) to build the overall program plan and drive delivery for client and internal stakeholders
•Prepare and maintain program plans, project plans, risk/mitigation registers, status reports, and issue logs
•Represent the client’s operational and commercial requirements to internal Visa organizations and act as an escalation point for complex issues

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in project and program management methodologies and disciplines
•Practical experience managing and leading programs in an evolving business environment
•Strong client engagement and relationship management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across internal business partners
•Knowledge or experience in VisaNet and payments transaction processing (preferred)
•Excellent program and project management skills with strong communication and presentation abilities
