Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and optimize embedded software on custom microcontrollers and embedded Linux platforms for real-time execution.
  • •Lead gimbal control algorithms and drive ongoing GNC software development for next-generation multi-axis systems and sensor integrations.
  • •Develop PC software tools and diagnostic utilities to analyze telemetry logs, calibration, friction, and motor/IMU communication.
  • •Support lab experiments and flight test preparation, and perform post-flight telemetry analysis to validate system performance.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience delivering complex software for robotic and embedded systems.
  • •Solid experience in embedded software development with C/C++ for MCUs and embedded Linux under real-time constraints.
  • •Strong robotics math fundamentals (linear algebra, quaternions, matrices, attitude/pose, reference/setpoint, estimation).
  • •Familiarity with GNC frameworks and robotic architectures such as autopilots for drones, rovers, or autonomous vehicles.
  • •Ability to work with large-scale robotic codebases and troubleshoot using rigorous diagnostic methods (calibration, friction, telemetry analysis).
