Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage sponsors, employees, and users to shape, plan, facilitate, and deliver business readiness and lasting change adoption.
  • •Analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and develop and implement solutions.
  • •Lead ongoing reviews and optimization strategies, and prioritize initiatives to meet future-state business requirements.
  • •Measure progress by defining benefits realization requirements, building a data collection plan, and tracking trends and risks.
  • •Plan and execute business transformation using change management tools and deliver communications, training, and support (including user acceptance testing facilitation).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Capital Program / Capital Portfolio Management experience.
  • •Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • •Ability to influence stakeholders and articulate acceptable solutions, with strong communication and presentation skills.
