Job Summary

Provide in-person client service in a KeyBank branch by welcoming new and existing customers, processing account transactions, and resolving servicing issues. Maintain accurate cash drawer balancing, follow compliance/audit/security procedures, and stay current on product guides, fees, and policies while working branch huddles and Saturday shifts as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 23.08 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Experience in a client service role (required).
•Experience in cash handling (required).
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
•Notary License (preferred).
