Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end procurement including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and purchase order issuance according to company policies.
  • •Develop and implement sourcing strategies and run RFQ/RFP/tender processes to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
  • •Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements; monitor supplier performance via KPIs and drive corrective actions.
  • •Ensure procurement compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements including e-invoicing and indirect tax obligations; support audits and maintain records and audit trails.
  • •Prepare procurement/spend and supplier performance reporting, analyze procurement data, and lead continuous improvement and digitalization/automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, or Compliance functions.
  • •Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • •Proficiency in procurement software, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Knowledge of e-invoicing and indirect taxes with local authority compliance matters to procurement activities or transactions.
