  • •Supervise, train, and direct assigned claims adjusters and other claims personnel, including performance assessments and employee development.
  • •Review claims regularly for coverage and adequate reserves; act as a resource for claims questions and take required action.
  • •Resolve coverage and unusual questions within designated authority and conduct related research.
  • •Interview, hire, train, and direct personnel; prepare recommendations with Claims leadership for procedures and processes.
  • •Process legal papers served involving claim action, direct outside legal counsel as required, and assist with trial preparation and pre-trial functions.

Key Requirements
