Key Responsibilities

•Build and work a network across private equity (operating/value-creation teams, EIRs, deal teams, and CFO/COO leaders).
•Turn conversations and introductions into customers for portfolio-company data transformation needs.
•Run client engagements as engagement manager when desired, scoping problems and owning outcomes with engineering support.
•Direct engineers to deliver fixes for issues like M&A data migration, ERP/CRM migrations, and RevOps/contract data problems.
•Over time, build the practice through publishing, speaking, and hosting events (with plans to hire under you).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

•Experience in private equity (deal team, operating/value-creation team, or a function run inside a portfolio company).
•A deep network across private equity, including ties to mid-market funds, larger funds, and portfolio-company executives.
•Strong relationship-building instincts (building and working a network through coffees, dinners, and introductions).
•First-hand experience with the “mess” (post-acquisition data chaos, rev ops mismatches, manual processes).
•Genuine interest in AI doing real work inside an operating business on real data.
