Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain supplier approval records and compliance documentation to support supplier qualification, ongoing compliance, and OLIPOP supplier quality programs.
  • •Partner with Procurement, R&D, and Regulatory to support supplier onboarding, vendor approvals, ingredient changes, and supplier quality initiatives.
  • •Perform risk-based supplier evaluations and implement monitoring controls, preventative measures, and corrective actions; conduct investigations with root cause analysis and documentation review.
  • •Review ingredient specifications and COAs to support ingredient releases; maintain ingredient documentation (including handling matrix and hazard analysis) and ingredient retains for traceability.
  • •Develop, update, and maintain controlled documentation (SOPs, job aids, work instructions, forms) and ensure documents are accurate and complete; support supplier performance reviews and scorecards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of quality assurance, supplier quality, quality systems, food safety, and/or related experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • •Experience reviewing technical documentation such as ingredient specifications, Certificate of Analysis (COAs), and supplier documentation/quality records.
  • •High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (with Google Workspace preferred).
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to provide status updates and recommendations.
