Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery and assessment of legacy Mainframe document generation and print solutions, including application inventory and dependency mapping.
  • •Analyze current-state policy print, billing, correspondence, and customer communication processes across business units and document risks/constraints.
  • •Evaluate modernization options and define business, functional, operational, and technical requirements plus future-state architecture and migration roadmaps.
  • •Support technology evaluations involving CCM platforms, document management, AWS, APIs, and modernization tools while building executive business cases and governance materials.
  • •Transition into program leadership during implementation to manage plans, risks, dependencies, governance, and cross-team stakeholder communications.

Key Requirements
