Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute in-app or co-branding AI effect template production events to attract creators to produce high-quality templates for CapCut PH users.
  • •Recruit PH professional AI graphic and video talents familiar with AI design and video-making tools to produce viral and quality videos/images.
  • •Manage top creator communities and host regular tutorial workshops to educate template creators.
  • •Help template creators polish their template-making skills and improve overall template quality.
  • •Coordinate content-related operations to support template production and creator engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • •Good knowledge of AI video making and editing (e.g., CapCut, Kling, Higgsfield).
  • •Strong community management and education skills, including presentation and workshop moderation.
  • •Fluent in English and a PH language speaker.
  • •Preferred: experience with viral short-video content and social media trends.
