Project Control Lead - Civil Engineering / Construction

Provide strategic oversight of infrastructure programmes by integrating governance, coordination, and performance across scope, schedule, cost, and risk baselines. Lead a project controls team and embed robust change-management processes, maintaining configuration control and traceable baseline integrity. Chair change governance, develop and maintain change registers and reporting tools, and support re-baselining exercises. Partner with delivery, commercial, finance, procurement, engineering, and risk teams to ensure transparent, accountable programme performance.
