Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of programme-wide change management strategy, policies, and procedures.
  • •Oversee execution of the change management plan and maintain configuration control of scope, schedule, and budget baselines with traceability.
  • •Provide strategic leadership and line management to the change management/project controls team across the programme.
  • •Deliver timely programme performance reporting, including impacts of changes on cost, schedule, risk, and benefits.
  • •Chair/support governance forums for change approval and assurance, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to assess and manage change proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in project controls, with a strong focus on change management in large-scale infrastructure or capital projects.
  • •Proven track record in client-side roles, managing interfaces with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes in high-pressure environments.
  • •Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related STEM field.
  • •Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable, and chartered status (IEI, ICE, APM) is advantageous.
