Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and succession planning through coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; ensure progression path training and certification processes are executed.
  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety and loss prevention guidelines and lead problem solving and continuous improvement to meet performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates and delivering project deliverables and company metrics.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years; must be at least 18 years old.
