Job Summary

Lead HSBC’s self-directed brokerage business by driving broking sales targets and commercial growth while enhancing brokerage products. Own the definition, design, and execution of digital marketing campaigns to acquire customers and increase usage of HSBC WorldTrader. Collaborate across contact centres, branches, client lifecycle management, proposition, and analytics teams to run experiments (including A/B tests), improve client experience, and support regulated dispute resolution and complaints handling.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive achievement of broking sales and business targets, including net new account growth, revenue, average monthly trades, TAT, and NPS.
•Execute strategies for profitable business development and enhancements to brokerage products.
•Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to acquire customers and increase usage of HSBC WorldTrader.
•Promote HSBC WorldTrader usage with contact centres and branch staff, and provide subject-matter expertise for HNW clients and frequent traders.
•Ensure regulated activities follow internal and external guidelines, support first line dispute resolution, and improve processes via digitalization or automation.

Key Requirements

•Hold the Capital Markets Services Representative’s License (CMSRL).
•5+ years commercializing new brokerage services in a fintech or specialist broker environment in Malaysia or abroad.
•Mid-senior experience as a digital marketer with proven success growing business through digital messaging, engagement, and sales.
•Track record delivering in large financial services organizations with complex stakeholder groups.
•Proven people management experience and ability to lead in specialist brokerages, bank-brokers, or fintechs.
