Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily operations of ultrapure water (UPW), wastewater treatment (WWT), and reclaim systems, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response.
  • •Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with discharge standards; use SCADA/PLC for automated control and real-time alerts.
  • •Lead water system design, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up for new fabs, including piping, tanks, pumps, and chemical dosing systems.
  • •Drive system optimization projects, including sedimentation tank retrofits, sensor upgrades, and chemical dosing accuracy enhancements.
  • •Ensure environmental compliance via daily trend reporting and SPC charts, participate in audits/inspections, and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor water treatment systems.
  • •Proficiency with UPW, WWT, reclaim, and chemical dosing systems.
  • •Familiarity with SCADA/PLC, P&ID, and environmental regulations.
  • •Ability to support day shift with on-call support.
