Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end IT delivery portfolio for dnata Travel Group, driving major digital modernization and platform transformation across multiple products and markets.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI planning and review, coach team members, and support appropriate people, process, and tools for the Agile framework and Release Train efficiency.
  • •Support Integrated Programme Planning by decomposing Epic Roadmaps into integrated program backlogs/plans for handoff into team-level backlogs.
  • •Ensure quality by driving Definition of Done (DOD), maintaining sustainable pace, removing roadblocks, mentoring teams, and overseeing stand-ups and scrum of scrums.
  • •Champion Agile delivery governance and continuous improvement, manage estimation/sizing and inputs to total cost of ownership, and support RFx phases in procurement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • •8+ years of proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organization with global teams for a large organization.
  • •Experience leading enterprise-scale platform modernization or digital transformation from inception to delivery.
  • •Certified SAFe and PMI ACP, with 5+ years of practical application of Scrum management discipline (PMI, Prince 2, CSM desirable).
  • •Well-versed in software delivery tools such as ServiceNow ITBM, MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence; strong communication with stakeholders.
