Job Summary

Own customer onboarding and adoption from activation through measurable value, running consultative calls and driving early engagement. Lead the rollout and scaling of flagship products, identify early adopters, and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure smooth launches. Build and refine onboarding/support operations using AI and automation, track usage and ROI, and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management.

•Lead product rollout and scaling of flagship offerings, including upsell opportunities, early adopter management, and real-time issue troubleshooting.
•Build and refine onboarding, support, and operational processes from scratch using AI tools and automation; create playbooks and documentation.
•Gather structured and unstructured customer feedback, translate insights into actionable product/operational improvements, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management.
