Job Summary

Develop and enhance Tamara’s frontend applications while building and maintaining backend APIs and services that power its web and mobile experiences. Work within an Agile/Scrum team to translate product requirements into high-quality frontend code, collaborate across backend, mobile, and QA, and lead code reviews. Define test cases, support automated and manual testing, and use CI/CD to ship reliable releases with minimal downtime. Maintain strong documentation and continuously improve web performance and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Agile/Scrum execution and mentor team members across the software development lifecycle.
•Translate product requirements into functional, efficient, high-quality frontend code and collaborate with product to deliver outcomes.
•Partner with backend, mobile, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration, troubleshoot issues, and meet project timelines.
•Define and support testing (automated and manual), participate in code reviews, and help maintain codebase health and architecture.
•Use CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployment, lead ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives), and produce documentation for development and architecture.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development.
•Strong knowledge of major JavaScript frameworks, with React JS experience preferred.
•Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (including ES2023) and asynchronous programming for scalable applications.
•Experience with Agile practices such as pairing, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
•Ability to optimize web performance and Web Vitals (e.g., Core Web Vitals) and build accessible, high-UX web applications.
