Job Summary

Support, optimize, and enhance the Workday Payroll environment by combining payroll operations expertise with Workday configuration, production support, reporting, and integration troubleshooting. Provide Level 2/3 incident resolution, troubleshoot payroll processing and data quality issues, manage requests and enhancements to SLAs, and perform root-cause analysis. Configure payroll elements and security roles, ensure compliance, support audits, and maintain integrations with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Workday Payroll and related modules.
•Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing issues, calculation discrepancies, integration failures, and data quality concerns.
•Manage support incidents, service requests, and enhancements while meeting established SLAs.
•Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, including payroll elements, earning codes, deduction plans, calculations, costing allocations, schedules, business processes, and security roles.
•Maintain and troubleshoot payroll integrations with third-party systems, and develop Workday reports, dashboards, and audit controls to support payroll operations and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Workday Payroll Certification required.
•6+ years of experience supporting HRIS, Payroll Systems, or Payroll Operations.
•4+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll administration and support experience.
•Strong experience configuring and supporting Workday Payroll.
