Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Level 3 Messaging Engineer for the Collaboration Team and primary subject matter expert for hybrid Exchange architecture.
  • •Lead incident response for messaging and collaboration services, restoring service and driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention.
  • •Review and approve production readiness for solution implementations and deployments, ensuring monitoring, backups, DR runbooks, documentation, and operational handoff.
  • •Oversee analysis of health, performance, and capacity trends and drive preventive actions and continuous service improvements.
  • •Provide architectural oversight, system design, and implementation leadership across enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms, including hybrid Exchange ownership and modernization efforts.
