Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate support activities for hourly engineering personnel (assistants/technicians and Set Ups if applicable) in the assigned area.
  • •Participate actively in continuous improvement projects and kaizens to improve processes and reduce costs.
  • •Support implementation of programs, new products, equipment/fixtures, and technologies.
  • •Support achievement of productivity, scrap, rework, WIP, safety, and capacity analysis (manload) targets.
  • •Maintain and standardize process documentation (work instructions, layout, and graphs/metrics) and perform problem analysis using tools like 6 Sigma, 8D, and A3, including change control (Change Control PR-3 and/or MOC) and EHS responsibilities (JSA/ergonomics, MOC points, MESH actions, EHS committees, and safety requirements).

Key Requirements

  • •Graduated in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Advanced English.

  • •Intermediate knowledge of function systems/software (CAD, Solidworks, Minitab, among others); technical certifications (Lean, SPC, ISO) are desirable.
