Job Summary

Technical leader responsible for guiding the India-based DI – Utilities and Drainage team and aligning with the GCC and UK PPA P&D business. Lead civil/utility drainage design across multi-disciplinary projects for UK/GCC markets, mentor engineers, oversee bids, and ensure H&S, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering innovative drainage and utility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for the DI – Utilities and Drainage team and align with UK/GCC stakeholders.
•Coordinate with GCC and UK colleagues to share best practices and drive innovation in infrastructure development.
•Lead and coach mid-career professionals, manage project teams, and mentor for professional accreditation.
•Oversee bidding processes, review submissions, and drive winning workstreams.
•Ensure health, safety, environment and quality standards are met across projects.

Key Requirements

•Strong inter-personal and technical leadership skills with ability to communicate across GCC and UK teams.
•Proven track record in utility/drainage design for infrastructure projects (wet and dry utilities).
•Experience mentoring mid-career professionals and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
•Ability to manage bids and winning opportunities, with emphasis on delivering projects within budget and schedule.
•UK/GCC market experience and familiarity with civil engineering design standards (drainage, SuDS, flood risk).
