Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport and deliver equipment and materials using a tractor trailer or truck while complying with DOT, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • •Move freight to/from production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers using trucks and other equipment.
  • •Secure loads and maneuver vehicles into loading/unloading positions following loading crew signals and ensuring proper positioning.
  • •Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service/repair status in accordance with regulations.
  • •Obtain delivery receipts/signatures, verify documentation accuracy, and provide backup/assistance throughout the yard as needed.

  • •No more than two moving violations and no more than one preventable accident in the last 3 years.
  • •Registered in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and ability to use or learn automated systems such as electronic logs.
