•Own GTM hiring searches by leading full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and other GTM roles.
•Build high-quality candidate pipelines using outbound recruiting, referrals, talent communities, and market mapping.
•Drive hiring process excellence by maintaining recruiter discipline, clear communication, rigorous stakeholder management, and data-driven improvements.
•Partner with hiring leaders on headcount planning, hiring strategy, organizational design, and talent market dynamics.
•Improve candidate experience by monitoring satisfaction, communication responsiveness, and interview quality using feedback and funnel data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 175,000 annually

•Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to set hiring strategies and calibrate candidate profiles.
•Strong operational and analytical skills to manage multiple searches and use recruiting data for process improvement.
•A builder mentality and passion for candidate experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
