Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success, driving continuous improvements in sales, productivity, and profitability.
  • •Lead service by example on the sales floor, ensuring there is always a manager on duty and that team members focus on customers and selling.
  • •Manage store operations systematically per established policies, including visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
  • •Ensure merchandise deliveries are processed same day and products are immediately available to customers; process cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
  • •Lead recruitment, training, and performance management; implement applicable loss prevention policies and maintain a safe shopping/working environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
  • •18 months’ work experience in a sports/fashion customer-focused, commercial retail environment.
