Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and direct all aggregate operations, including quarry development, drill/blast, plant operations, and mobile equipment maintenance.
  • •Set site operating goals and manage production/loading performance targets while planning production methods and control.
  • •Enforce safety rules and run safety meetings, daily shift start-up meetings, and tool box talks; keep facilities clean and safe.
  • •Identify and resolve regulatory, safety, personnel, and production problems in a timely manner and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations (e.g., MSHA, DEP).
