Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage contracting needs for shared service departments and act as the primary point of contact for contracts.
  • •Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to facilitate contract approvals and signatures.
  • •Perform daily and monthly administrative tasks including purchase order (PO) and vendor invoice management.
  • •Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries.
  • •Provide data management and analytical support between Shared Service and Finance departments.

Key Requirements
