Job Summary

Join the Global IT Supplier and Service Management team to develop outsourcing solutions in partnership with Intel business groups, procurement, legal, and suppliers. Support project planning and milestone tracking while improving processes through automation, reporting, and digital transformation. Build dashboards and low-code apps using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, explore AI/GenAI opportunities, and help drive measurable operational excellence across global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with internal Intel teams, procurement, legal, project managers, and suppliers to analyze requirements and propose outsourcing solutions.
•Support project management by planning milestones, tracking deliverables/risks/dependencies, and assisting with stakeholder reporting and communications.
•Develop process improvements through automation and digital transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence.
•Build and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations, and low-code solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
•Support AI/GenAI exploration via research, proof-of-concept activities, and identification of opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Active student (50%+ completed) pursuing a Bachelor’s, Licentiate, or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Management, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel Macros, plus Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
•Willing to work at least 80% of the allowed time for this role.
•Advanced English level.
•Must have a permanent unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Education:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Management, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Technology-related fields
